Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund.
Please contact us at dda@ddallen.com to request a return. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorisation.
Additional exceptions to the return policy:
- You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Returned items must be in the original condition and not worn, washed, or altered in any fashion.
- Only unopened and sealed CDs, DVDs, and vinyl albums may be returned. If an item arrives damaged, please contact customer service. We do not require these to be returned to our facility in most cases.
- Refunds/replacements are not offered for minor cosmetic damage. For vinyl, this includes seam splits on covers or inserts, corner dings, bends, creases, etc. We inspect every unit and carefully pack them in mailers designed to get them there safely. Some types of wear are simply unavoidable during transit. For CDs, minor damage would be cracks in the plastic case. For posters, minor damage would include bent corners.
- Vinyl sold as blemished or "as-is" WILL absolutely contain cosmetic damage, up to and including seam splits, bent, folded, creased, or even torn covers. We will not replace or issue refunds for any of these items unless the disc itself is unplayable. If a record is sold as blemished or “as-is,” expect that there are cosmetic issues involved.
- Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
- Creator Studio fulfils print-on-demand products. This means all products are produced upon request when you place an order with us, and the product is customised according to your specification. Therefore we do not offer withdrawal of your purchase and general returns. If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service at dda@ddallen.com
